'Hatha Yoga uses postures (asanas) and stretches in combination with the breath to develop flexibility and relaxation...Yoga can help with various problems such as: back problems, arthritus, joint and muscle problems, anxiety and worries, asthma and flexiblity.' It also improves posture and core strength.
Clare and Rachel are both local ladies, and qualified yoga instructors. They offer classes for beginners, as well as for those with more experience of yoga practice. There are also 'Area Classes' for everyone, which concentrate on particular areas of the body.
Every Friday at Reydon Village Hall, the ladies offer Family Fun Yoga for anybody who'd like to have a go and need to bring the children along too!
