Rougham Airfield Control Tower Museum

Rougham Airfield Control Tower Museum

A museum dedicated to the 332nd BG and 94th BG on a site of living history!

A well preserved example of a WWII control tower and some of the outlying buildings. Details that did not survive the passage of time have been restored, such as the glass observation room on the tower roof, have been authentically recreated. The tower is also adjacent to a functioning airfield which sees frequent use, often by era appropriate aircraft.

Be sure to see the exhibit items donated by original servicemen and women of the base, many from America, displayed with details of their service history.

Visit every Sunday from May to October, or on Saturdays for airfield events. Admission is free, and groups can visit for guided tours for a fee.

If you wish to visit outside of official open hours, just give them a call to arrange.

Read a brief history of the bomb groups here.
